My X51v Axim beats them both.
pros:
I have wifi and bluetooth,
a 3.5inch screen,
CF and SD card slots
Can Play movies and music
No DRM !
Can send and receive DRM-Less music
Can install other software.
Cons:
Cost $320 , little expensive.
Less Battery life
